§ 72.41. PARKING RESTRICTIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful to park at any time any vehicle in Lot Number 1, 2, 3, or 4 that is larger than a 3/4 ton truck.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in Lot Number 5 for a consecutive period of time in excess of 20 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
(C) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in Lot Number 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless a parking permit issued by the Clerk-Treasurer is displayed in the front window of the vehicle, or is a vehicle owned by the city.
(D) The Police Department or any police or parking enforcement officer is authorized to remove and tow away, or have removed and towed away by a commercial towing service, at the owner's expense, any vehicle parked in Lot Numbers 5 or 6 in violation of this section.
