§ 94.05. BUILDING COMMISSIONER TO ORDER CORRECTION OF CONDITIONS.

(A) On the failure of any person, firm, or corporation to perform any of the foregoing provisions of §§ 94.02 through 94.04 the Building Commissioner shall cause a written order to be served on such person, firm, or corporation requiring such duty to be performed within seven days.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who fails to comply with such notice as provided herein shall, on conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
