§ 94.06. DEPOSIT OF DEAD ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to collect or cause to be collected from the surrounding country the bodies of dead animals, and to deposit the same in any quantity whatsoever, for the purpose of reducing the same to fertilizer, on or near the banks of the stream known as Brandywine Creek, or at any other point in any direction from the corporate limits of the city at a distance less than four miles from said corporate limits.
