§ 94.02. DISINFECTING WASTES FROM DISEASED PERSONS.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to dispose of in any manner the alvine discharges from patients suffering from epidemic dysentery, tuberculosis, diphtheria, scarlet fever, or typhoid fever without having disinfected them with a solution of chloride of lime, or with some equally powerful and efficient disinfecting agent.
