§ 130.03. POSSESSION OF DYNAMITE OR NITROGLYCERINE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep or store within the corporation limits of the city any explosive substance known as giant powder or dynamite.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to bring within the corporate limits of the city any substance known as nitroglycerine.
(C) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than $50.
