§ 130.01. CERTAIN PREMISES DECLARED DIVES AND NUISANCES.

  • (A) Every common, ill-governed, or disorderly house, room, or other premises kept and used for the encouragement of idleness, gaming, drinking, fornication, adultery, lewdness, gambling, or other misbehavior or immoral conduct is declared a dive and a public nuisance.
    (B) The keeper and all persons connected with the maintenance and all persons patronizing or frequenting such places as described above shall be fined no more than $200 for each offense.
