§ 114.04. FEE.

Every person, firm, corporation, association, or copartnership opening, establishing, operating, or maintaining a junkyard within the terms of this chapter and within the city shall pay the license fees hereafter prescribed for the privilege of opening, establishing, operating, or maintaining such junkyard. The license fee herein prescribed shall be $50 annually, and each and every license issued prior to July 1 of any year shall be charged at the full rate, and each and every license issued on or after July 1 of any year shall be charged for one-half of the full rate.
