§ 113.07. DUTY OF TAXICAB DRIVER.

  • It shall be unlawful for any driver of a taxicab, while on duty, to drink any intoxicating liquor, use any profane or obscene language, disturb the peace in any way, or consume any controlled substance not prescribed for the driver by a duly licensed physician. It shall be the duty of every driver of a taxicab to observe all traffic rules established by statute or ordinance. It shall be unlawful to permit any violation of this section and a violation shall be grounds for revocation of such taxicab license.
