§ 113.03. INSURANCE NECESSARY FOR LICENSE.

Before any license is granted, the applicant shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer a certificate of insurance showing that the applicant is insured against bodily injury in an amount of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident, and property damage in an amount of $100,000 and that the City of Greenfield is listed on said policy of insurance as an additional insured.
