§ 72.09. STANDING IN FREIGHT CURB LOADING ZONE.

  • (A) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials in any place marked as a freight curb loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zone are in effect, except for the loading or unloading of passengers with a three-minute time limit. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed 30 minutes.
    (B) A freight curb loading zone is hereby established on the west side of East Street from a point 123 feet north of the north edge of Main Street to a point 162 feet north of the north edge of Main Street.
