(A) (1) Any person who violates §§ 71.62 or 71.63 shall be issued a uniform ordinance violation citation in the following amounts which shall be processed by and paid into the Greenfield General Fund as follows:
(a) First offense: $50;
(b) Second offense within one year: $100; and
(c) Third offense and each additional offense within one year: $250. In addition, the golf cart permit shall be revoked.
(2) If the penalties are not paid within 30 days, the penalties shall be double the original amount and if not paid within 90 days, the golf cart permit shall be revoked and the golf cart impounded if found on public property.
(B) Any person who violates §§ 71.80 through 71.88 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $100 plus any applicable court costs.
