Any User who violates § 52.45 and § 52.46 of this subchapter may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense for the purposes of this section. In addition to the aforementioned fine, the water service may be terminated for any User who violates § 52.45 and § 52.46 of this subchapter. For Users who violate § 52.44, no fine shall be imposed; however, water service may be terminated for noncompliance.
