§ 51.82. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

(A) The user shall at all times maintain in good working order and efficiently operate all facilities and systems (and related appurtenances) for treatment that are: installed and used by the user; and necessary for achieving compliance with the terms and conditions the POTW subchapters or the applicable pretreatment permit.
(B) The user shall operate all facilities in a manner which will minimize upsets and discharges of excessive pollutants.
