§ 51.223. INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ISSUED INDUSTRIAL WASTE PERMITS (IWP’S).

The POTW subchapters do not exempt or supercede any conditions, laws, rules or regulations effected by or related to an individual Industrial Waste Permit (IWP) as issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as long as said permit is in effect or has been administratively extended under applicable Indiana rules.
