§ 51.40. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INTERCEPTOR OR TRUNK SEWER COSTS. Sewer costs external to a development. Sewer costs within a development will be classed as local sewer costs. Oversizing costs, as outlined in § 51.43, shall be considered interceptor costs and shall qualify for refunding.
OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE. An individual, firm, company, association, corporation, governmental unit, or charitable or other nonprofit organizations.
