§ 51.12. PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES.

The municipal wastewater utility of the city shall annually provide to the civil city an amount the civil city could have received if the municipal wastewater utility property were publicly owned, and therefore directs the municipal wastewater utility to pay to the civil city an amount not to exceed $1,200.00, as decided by the Common Council in its annual budget, with one-twelfth of said amount to be paid monthly to the Clerk-Treasurer.
