§ 50.127. ENERGY COST ADJUSTMENT TRACKING FACTOR.

  • (A) The electric utility will update its energy cost adjustment (ECA) tracking factor each calendar quarter based on changes in the costs of purchased power, energy conservation/efficiency programs, payments in lieu of taxes, and other costs specifically approved by the Common Council. The electric utility will prepare separate tracking factors for each rate schedule and, as appropriate, for both the demand and energy charges.
    (B) The imbedded base costs for the calculation of future ECA tracking factors are as follows:
    Purchased Power - Demand: $22.944/kW-month
    Purchased Power - Energy: $0.027225/kWh-month
    (Combined demand & energy $0.070755/kWh imbedded in base rates)
    Energy Conservation/Efficiency: $0.000000/kWh-month
    PILOT: $0.000000/kWh-month
    Other: $0.000000/kWh-month
