§ 50.077. RATE ADJUSTMENT.

The above rates are subject to an energy cost adjustment (ECA) tracking factor based solely upon the changes in the cost of purchasing power from the utility’s wholesale power supplier. The ECA will be revised on a quarterly basis by the Board of Public Works and Safety and will be determined by the difference in the projected power costs as compared with the base cost of purchased power of $0.046709 per KWH.
