The monthly rate for this service shall be as follows:
(A) Commencing January 1, 2018, a consumer charge of $12.50/month which will be increased to $15/month on January 1, 2019.
(B) Energy charge:
First 2,500 kWh
$0.0904/kWh-month
Over 2,500 kWh
$0.1080/kWh-month
