§ 50.135. AVAILABILITY.

Peak management credits are available to any residential customer of the municipally-owned electric utility of the city, with a state municipal power agency-owned peak management switch installed on a central air conditioner and/or electric water heater. Rules and provisions for participation in the peak management program are available at the utility's office.
