§ 93.99. PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or refuses to comply with any of the regulations promulgated by the Board of Public Works and Safety and approved by the Common Council, shall, on conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100. Each day's continuance of such violation or failure of compliance shall be deemed a separate offense.
