§ 91.99. PENALTY.

  • Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with any order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a punishable violation, and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined $25 or, in default of such payment, shall be imprisoned for not more than 30 days for each violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
