§ 91.03. FIRE CHIEF TO RECOMMEND ORDINANCES.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of the Fire Department to investigate and to recommend to the City Council and the Board of Public Works and Safety such additional ordinances or amendments to existing ordinances as he may deem necessary for safeguarding life and property against fire.
