§ 91.01. BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION ESTABLISHED.

  • (A) A Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Fire Department of the city is established which shall be operated under the super-vision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
    (B) The Chief of the Fire Department shall designate an officer or member of the Fire Department as Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Chief of the Fire Department.
    (C) The Chief of the Fire Department may also designate such number of Assistant Inspectors as shall from time to time be authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
