§ 33.59. PARK AND RECREATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE IMPACT FEE.

An equitable impact fee for the purpose of planning and financing park and recreational infrastructure to serve new development in the city is hereby established as set forth in Ord. 2019-4, and adopted by reference as though set forth in full herein.
