§ 32.03. REGULAR, SPECIAL MEETINGS.

(A) The regular meeting date and time for the Common Council shall be at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
(B) A special meeting of the Council may be called by any member thereof. Any member desiring to call a special meeting of Council shall give a written notice of the time and place of such meeting to the Mayor, to each Councilperson, and to the Clerk-Treasurer at least 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) before the time such meeting is to be held.
