§ 31.26. FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

There shall be a Firefighters’ Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-7 (1937 Fund) and I.C. 36-8-8 (1977 Fund) concerning the statutory pensions of city firefighters. The Board shall pay funeral benefits pursuant to I.C. 36-8-7-13 and I.C. 36-8-8-16.
