§ 30.26. K-9 SHIRLEY GIBBS FUND.

There is hereby established a new non-reverting fund to be known as the K-9 Shirley Gibbs Fund and given number 446. The 446 Fund shall receive funds from the Shirley Gibbs Trust and be used exclusively for the benefit of the Greenfield Police Department canine unit. The monies in the fund shall be subject to the same appropriation process as other city funds that receive tax money.
