§ 30.20. LOCAL OPTION INCOME TAX FUND (LOIT FUND).

As required by I.C. 6-3.5-1.1-25, there is hereby created a Local Option Income Tax Fund to be known as the LOIT Fund for purposes of receiving distributions from the Hancock County Auditor and out of which appropriations may be made according to law for public safety purposes.
