§ 30.12. GIFT OR DONATION FUND.

(A) There is established in each of the departments of the city a Gift or Donation Fund. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to accept restricted donations and to keep any donations in a separate fund with proper sub-accounts for each particular approved donation. Restricted donations are defined as gifts to which the donor has attached terms, conditions, or purposes for which the funds can be used.
(B) Each donation fund shall be perpetual and continue until terminated by the Common Council. The disposition of any fund balance upon termination of the fund will be determined by the Council.
